Newbie with Some Sale Questions

Hello Everyone!

I'm a still new (day 5 rollover) and had a question about pup sales. How old do they need to be to trade, and also what is general pricing like? 

The pup in particular I want to trade I don't have hopes of getting much for, but something would be nice:

Female, Strength 36

Speed 37

Agility 35

Wisdom 36

Smarts 38

Total 182

Base: Cream, Eyes: Yellow, Skin: Bistre, Nose: Brown, Claws: Bistre, Slot 2:  Dark Brown Half Cape (33%), Slot 3: Yellow Unders (84%)

They need to be weaned  before they can trade! Pricing kinda varies, high marked / high stat wolves tend to go for a lot. You can kinda watch the TC to see how in general people sell their pups.
