This is coming from someone that loves wolves and at the same time does not have all the time in the world saddly to play wolvden.

I have been struggling to find amusement items for my wolves to the point I lost many because of my lack of SC at the time and I was wondering why that was even a problem in the first place? Wolves are social animals and are mostly entertained by socialising with eachother, so I figured that items would be more than secondary and a niche entertainment for a wolf.

Wouldn't it be fun if we could play with our packmates all we wanted (but with our energy as a limit) not many "mood" points from each time, maybe even some failed attempts to make them feel better? Perhaps even the amusement items could give them some more amusement points? 

Again sorry if I am asking for a lot. I know this is a game much harder than the other the team made but I just lost some of my hype with losing my wolves due to that and thought that perhaps they could work on that in the future just to make it differ a bit from LD and less frustrating.

What are your thoughts on this? If there is a thread similar to that and I am being a hinderance then I apollogise for that.

Devs have stated (many times) that they will not add a way to increase mood without amusement items. As there are several good ways to find some, such as just salvaging rotting carcasses or rescouting or just exploring. Just go check to explore encounter guides for ideal choices to get items you want more. It's really not that hard to get enough amusement items, I only use bones and owl talons for my wolves and just hoard the rest as I'm hoping they will have other uses in the future. 

I do however like the idea of some pack interactions, but it's clear that it will never come in the form of free play like in LD.

Never really asked for a free play. Playing should require energy! It would be nice to have a mechanic like that just because pack interactions make sense especially on wolves! 

With LD I could just get by leaving the acount for a bit. Then coming back, exploring and getting just enough for my 50+ pride members. While on WD it is sooo much harder it seems. There are way less event that would give you things, your energy does not refil after you level up and you do not have that one per day energy boost. I know that it's takes less time to wait for your energy to refil but I just don't have all day to try again and again and again to find amusement items for my 9 pack members. 

Again this is propably just my problem and my rng is really THAT bad but well just saying that this made me lose some of my hype and I wanted to share it in that way

i think it could be fun tp have some interactions within pack members, tho maybe not to regenerate mood. i'd like to be able to play with pups or talk with my scouts before sending them out. maybe this is just the roleplayer side of me talking tho

I agree it could be a pretty cool addition to the game. Not necessarily in order to gain mood since, as it's been stated we already have quite good ways of finding amusement items, but just for the fun of it. It would give an extra meaning of having a pack and be able to interact more, since it's pretty limited at the moment.
