New Chatter Board: Services for Hire

Hi devs!

Today, I had an idea to add a new board or Stockpile - I'm not sure exactly where it would fit but I'm sure a place could be created or added at your discretion. The purpose? Advertising a player's Services for Hire. 

I had this idea because I tried to see what other players are learning about - I've already done business with one player who designed my stud, Iceheart, but I've also seen players who design player pages and coding, and I was hoping to find someone to design a wolf-sales forum topic for me - and how I could do something as well. However, I stopped when I realized there wasn't one place for such things to be posted about. I would be forced to check the chat rooms and player pages, relying on the Search system which I have not had good fortune with. This task looked so dauting that I immediately gave up on the prospect.

I believe having one place for a player to post about their services would greatly help the players, like me, who want to learn something new but not know where to start and become overwhelmed by the current system. Having this additional organization would allow us to find the place to learn what we wanted, and become more skilled not only in the game but also with potential real-life applications. Having this place, would also make it easier for someone to find a player to fulfill a request, which would help money move hands and thus help keep the game's economy flowing.
