How much will a lazy pack member/stud affect my pack?

He doesnt have the best stats but I think he's as good as im going to get for now, however he is "lazy"

How much does this effect his actual usefulness? How likely is he to pass that one to his puppies? If I make him a scout or hunter does that make him less productive too?

As of right now, traits don't actually effect anything! The only thing to be aware of is that lazy is one of the friendly characteristics, so if you make him a hunter you won't want him paired with anyone in the aggressive category as they might fight. Other than that, nothing to worry about. 

it won't affect him. however, if he's hunting, avoid pairing him with wolves with aggressive personalities, or he'll clash ith him. otherwise, his personality has no effect
