Ember flicked her tail kinda just disappearing into the rubble.She was following the scent of some kind of small animal,it was faint but not days old so perhaps it was still close.

(AAGHH SHET - Sorry! I am so, so very sorry. I haven't logged on recently due to some mental health issues and a really low motivation to do much of anything.)

Saege pointed to a house that had barely been touched by any fire or any person, other than the fact it was entirely, very visibly cleared out of anything. "That would probably do good. We would have to make an escape plan if we do set up camp there."

Embers ears pricked, she saw it, some weird feline like creature? Whatever.. She dropped into a low crouch, lopsided, but the animal didn't seem to notice her, actually, looked like it didn't notice anything- Ember shook her head slightly as she moved in, once she got close, she launched, the thing didn't even run, even when her teeth though slightly smaller then an adult, pierced its throat, eventually killing it.

Nodding, Innis turned to the structure Saege had pointed to. It would do. Especially with this icy wind nipping us like dogs. But at that moment she didn't care much about the stinging from the wind or the soreness from her wound. Her mind would wander back to her house, her family, cold as this wind right now. This house looked similar to hers in a way.

She shook her head, trying to bring it back to the present. There was no time for that. "Yes." She said, walking towards the house with caution.

Ember inhaled her food, then turned, bolting back after the two humans, she still kept a slight distance but not as worried about them getting close, mostly her focus was on her next meal, that, whatever it was, had not been enough or we growing body, unfortunately
