Proficiency loss

Hi, I know that pupsitters lose proficiency in pupsitting every rollover they’re not pupsitting. But do hunters and/or scouts lose proficiency if they don’t scout or hunt?

Scouts, hunters and herbalist lose 1 proficiency on every rollover, no matter if they performed their tasks that day. 

Yes. They too lose 1 proficiency point
