Recommended Stats for Each Biome?

Recommended Stats for Each Biome?

I haven't really seen a guide on when it's good/safe to move on to a new biome. I'm still in the starter areas (but I've scouted out to the tundra-rainforest so far).

So I'm wondering if... say, my starter wolf who has 404 stats could handle something outside of the beginner biomes yet?

Your lead can handle any biome, the enemies still have levels from 1-20.

Hunters are a different story. It's also more complicated since it changes depending on how many wolves are in your party, and how high their proficiency and synergy is. I don't know if we have concrete numbers but I would 350 stats/wolf are a good average for the medium biomes (was for me at 100% prof and 100% synergy).

(However, if you can feed your pack with carcasses from explore, you could just not care about that.)

And if you realise it sucks, you can always immediately start another quest to move back.

Oh! Thanks for much for the information!! It sounds like I can move to a medium biome after winter, then. (Not gonna move while food is tight...)

But that's good to know that you can move back and forth when you find out an area is too hard for your wolves. Small follow up question: does the moving quest give your lead wolf EXP?

Also thank you again for answering me! It's very appreciated!! :)

The moving quest doesn't give you an exp reward, but you do have to defeat a certain number of wolf opponents in the biome you want to move too (exact number depends on your pack size). So you will get some exp from those battles.
