Are backgrounds and accessories seasonal?

Just a quick question, do the appearances of the backgrounds and accessories change depending on what season it is in real life? I'm thinking of buying the Arkansas background and the Aspen tree decor, but I just want to know if their appearance will change based on the seasons.
