Trouble Signing Up?

Me and my twin decided to sign up. I could make my account but he can't due to something about the IP Address is already used and basically assumes he is making two accounts though It's his first account. Just to cover things yes me and my twin live in the same house and use the same wifi. However we use different information when signing up to sites. The only thing on our registration that matches is our birth date because we are twins. We aren't sure how to get his account made.

If anyone has any advice or maybe was in a similar situation please let me know. We'd like to fix this so we can both play since we both love animals and really want to play this game together. We also play on Lioden and we had no problems when we signed up to Lioden. My Lioden username is Dragon Desire and my twin is The Roaming Spirit.

I encountered this with my boyfriend. You have to create a ticket in the modbox and speak to a moderator about making an IP exception. The mods will make a note on your accounts about being in the same household.

Hey! You'll have to submit a Modbox ticket, they'll get an exception for your IP so he can make an account. :)
