New and in trouble...

Hey all! My names Kay im 19 im new and referred by a friend on OviPets. I would love to be adopted but until then i have a pressing matter. 

I got excited xD and explored too much and ow my hp is low.. I cant breed and i cant finish my intro/quests. Do i wait? Will it refill? I only have one silver cone so idk if i can buy any healing potion.  Any help is appreciated.

It will refill a small amount every rollover, and you can gain small amounts or find healing items in explore :)

hp refills by 4% every roll over && will fully refill when you level up !! 

also by exploring you can gain hp back or be able to find healing salves also :) 

i'll send you over some healing salves since i have plenty && can easily make them <3
