Help me classify my stud!!

Hi all! I'm still relatively new(kinda took a long break off before getting into it). I've been working on my stud, who i'd like to offer up for public stud. What tier would he be classified & why? Why or why would you not breed to him?

He has a special tier base, which can be found on his "Looks" box. He has a special medium base so he would be considered special tier.



He is a decent stud for just starting out, honestly. I personally wouldn't use him just based on the fact that he is G3, but that 100% just me. I only have NBW and G2 in my den, so that's what I breed to.

If you make him a scout, you can raise his level and therefore his stats pretty easily and that will make him even more desirable.

My stud would also be considered special tier where this wolf, in comparison, would be a TIII due to his Fox base - which again can be found easily in his "Looks" box!
