Suggestion: Add HP to Pack Overview

Just as the title says: Add HP to the Den Overview page. Currently it lists basically everything else except for your wolf's HP. 

Oh please, this would save so much time. Even a simple 24/25 listed next to their name in like green text or something would make healing wolves so much faster and easier to do. 

I was about to suggest something like this, so full support from me!

I find the pack overview page very useful and much easier to look at than the den page when I need a quick overview of my pack. So it would be great to have all info there. Pack overview is especially useful for mobile users.

Full support, squinting at the bars on my pack's homepage is difficult af so having hp listed would be so much easier.
