I feel like pups should be able to be found in explore by other players should be in the game. Like it saying something like "You found a pup lurking in the bushes. It looks abandoned" and then have an option to leave it or befriend it. It would give a chance to find unwanted pups that someone else doesn't want and doesn't want to enclave them or find some that are to young to enclave and be able to have a wolf that already has pups to claim it. It would also erase the heritage of the pup so that if they were chased because they were inbred they would have it erased from their gens.
