Any tips for legendary catches?

I've been fishing 30 fish every day for a few days straight now and haven't even had a single one, and I somehow have to catch 25! Is it like stardew Valley or something where you have a better chance at different times of the day or anything? Any tips greatly appreciated	Ninsun #127528
