No luck with the lunar dateables?

I'm wondering if the lunar-specific dateables weren't coded to have their RNG boosted during the event. I've done the event quests every rollover diligently specifically because I wanted to get their decor (I missed out on rolling over for part of last year's lunar event) and today I finally only had Wisp, Inve, and Willa remaining to be unlocked...

And of course the one that got unlocked now, on the last possible day, was freaking Willa.

Is my luck just that bad or is this a problem for others too??? 		Kaikree

From what I understand, Wisp and Inve's RNG isn't boosted during the event. So it's just RNG whether you get them or not.
