Diagnosing Wolves Every Single Time..

Unfortunately I'm going to have to say no to this, or at least to this being automatically implemented for everyone. Diagnosing illnesses is a good way of giving your Herbalist exp and a chunk of users have dedicated illness caves/farms dedicated to leveling our Herbalists. 

Absolutely! Once diagnosing costs zero SC, there's no reason for me to have to click a button to make it happen (especially when "loose stools" is always "diarrhea"...that barely even counts as a diagnosis, lol).
