Add the ability to gift items or currency

I'm really tired of being pegged by staff for using the word "free" in any sort of way (most of the time, it's accidental... because how else do you call something you're willing to gift to someone else?) xD

I think introducing a gifting feature would bring all of this down to a minimum, which would be really nice!
