how much level/stats do I need to scout the glacier?

Since my last leader until now I've never been able to scout the glacier, just discovering it, and it always says that it's cause I might need to level up my main scout for this, howhever, I like to have a clear goal so does anybody know up to how many stats/level do I need for my scout to get there? here's my baby girl :) she's 89% proficency scouter many thanks! |
