Pups are "Inbred" but no Inbreeding found?

I'm so confused. This wolf link  is totally clean, i've checked her linage and can't find any inbreeding. I bred her to a clean stud, again can't find any inbreeding. But her pups are all inbred with 1 instance and 1.56% COI. I can't see any wolves that share both linages. Obviously i'm either missing something completely or is it just a glitch?

Both she and the male she bred to have this wolf in their lineage, making their pups slightly inbred link

@Maxine - Thank you!! It was staring me in the face and still couldn't see it

Does the inbreeding eventually go away or does it continue no matter how long the linage. Like say if i breed pups from them and continue down the line will the inbreeding go away or will it just keep passing down to each generation?

Ravenwalker, the bane of NIB breeders everywhere.

To answer your latest question Wildheart2896, when you breed your inbred wolf to a completely unrelated one, it'll clear the inbred COI back to 0, despite whether there is visible inbreeding on the page or not, as fresh genes are being introduced.
This is true even if the other parent is also inbred, but has no common ancestors to the first!

However, an inbred count will remain as far back as that first page, so 5 generations. Once 5 generations goes past without another instance of inbreeding, your wolf's inbred counter should be 0!
