you could make ones with the sorta more pointed shells that some snails have, and then a snail without a shell

So I've been thinking about possible shell shapes! I researched real snails for inspiration so here goes. 

First: Trochus species snails. They look like they have a top on their back! Very Triangular. They're rocky coastal species. So shallow saltwater, if you care about that. 

Second: Decollate snails they have like, rectangular shell shape. They're terrestrial and described as common garden snails where they are native. 

I also read a couple studies on the connection between environment and snail shell shape so here are some vague facts. 

Rocky-environment snails have taller spirals.

Soil and bush dwellers have shorter spirals.

River snails are larger than pond snails, and much rounder in shape.
