The basics - The chat box is temporary (i.e. gets deleted after a while). You can chat even if you haven't rolled over! - By default, Chat Box isn't live (i.e. it only refreshes when you go to a new page). - You can change this using the Settings icon. - There are different chat box categories. The most used are Main, Sales, and Giveaways. Forums - Chat Box is temporary, but Chatter forums never get deleted (unless you ask Modbox). - There are also different forum categories. If you want free things, check Stockpile > Giveaways! If you have a simple question, ask in Chat Box > Main. If you're looking for something, post in Chatter. - Groups (aka clans) are cool, and they have their own hoards and forums. - However, Group forums don't send notifications, so many groups use regular forums or Discord to communicate. - Groups often host events such as hoard drops or giveaways. - Many big groups are Open (no requirements to join), but others By Application, Invite Only, or Closed. - Some of the biggest groups are: Yearn for Agony, Adopt-A-Newbie, and Feed Wolvden. Advanced Adding links Click on the "Link" icon when you make a post and add [a href="your link here"]name of the link here[/a] Adding images First, get the link to your image. - You can do this by right-clicking your wolf's image and "Copy Image Address" - You can also host an image on Imgur, Discord, Dropbox, etc. and use that link instead Then, click on the "Image" icon and add [img src="the link to your image here"] Renaming spoilers Click on the "Spoiler" icon and add [spoiler text="your text here"]text inside the spoiler[/spoiler] Check out the Layout & CSS Sales forum category to find free layouts and to commission custom ones!
