001. payment is required upon reservation. food, amusement and nesting materials will be provided by me and is included in the cost.
002. you may use whichever stud you'd like but the stud fee must be sent ahead of time.
003. I will not be held accountable if the stud chosen does not rollover in time, so it's best to make sure the user has been active recently.
004. gc/sc exchange will update based on market, though item exchanges are welcome. (currently 1gc = 350sc)
005. i reserve the right to rescind offer if heat is not claimed after two rollovers.
