Personality: Evening'lake's greatest goal in life is to become an elder. He would be able to be grumpy and not have to apologize. He strives to sleep as much as he wishes and not have a care in the world. Unfortunately, he is still young but still has quite a bit of spice to him. Evening is sharp-tongued and honest. He finds that cats that don't speak their mind are unhappy pushovers. He prefers to have perfect candor and only do what he deems necessary.

Appearance: Evening'lake has a smaller than average stature that holds a round face. His snout appears to be somewhat compressed. His ears are short and rounded; mildly resembling a bear. Though his fur is short, it is thick and manages to keep him warm in the long season of bare'leaf. Evening'lake's coat has a cream color with grey back and white unders. His eyes are large pale green saucers that make him look more harmless than he is. He walks with a slight limp; his left leg seems to bother him.

Backstory: Evening'lake's mother died while in childbirth. There was a complication where his sibling got stuck and ended up killing his mother and the other unborn kits in the process. He was lucky enough to be born first. Though his father certainly didn't see it as such. His father, Storm'pelt, knew of course that this unfortunate event wasn't Evening'lakes fault, but he couldn't help but treat him differently. Storm'pelt loved his mate and was struck deeply by her death. Evening'lake's uncle Six'toe was given the responsibility of naming him given the distraught state of Storm'pelt. Six'toe's mind was also clouded by recent events and was only able to focus on the setting sun. Thus the newborn was named Evening'kit.

In Evening'lakes formative years he didn't see his father much. The widowed tom opting for hunts and patrols over paying mind to his kit. Evening was instead put in the charge of Six'toe. He watched the old medicine cat prepare balms and herbs for hours. The old tom enjoying the company taught him what he could. Every day  Evening'lake learned more and more of his uncle's trade.  As he grew he socialized more with the other clan members and other kits. He grew particularly fond of another known as Frost'kit, named after the first frost of bare'leaf. They shared a love of adventure and got into plenty of trouble when trying to find it. They were inseparable and when the time came for them to become apprentices he chose to follow Frost'kit in the path of a warrior despite his inclination to medicine cat work. They where both placed in the charge of Swift'stride, Evening'lake's aunt, by request.

As seasons changed feelings between the two evolved and love bloomed. They shared each other's secrets and hearts. When new'leaf came and they were both dubbed warriors and Evening'lake asked him to be his mate. They spent many moons together in one another's company. When it was time for battle they fought proudly side by side. Never once worrying if the other had their back because they knew that they would protect one another till their dying breath. Toward the end of the war, Evening'lake suffered a major leg injury and was bed written for half a moon. This meant that Frost'claw would have to battle alone, much to Evening's dismay. The morning Frost'claw was ment to leave for his final battle Evening woke from a horrible dream. He pleaded with Frost'claw not to go out of fear of his premonition, but there was no persuading a brave warrior not to protect his clan. Frost'claw calmed his mate, held him tight, and was off to fight a battle he would not return from alive. Evening'lake curses himself for not being able to convince Frost'claw to stay. Because maybe if he had just pushed a little more, held him a little longer, he would still be alive. Instead, his love died alone. His mourning would not be given time to ease because soon after his warrior mentor Swift'stride died in battle as well. Busy paws kept his tormented mind occupied for a time. However, he longed for sleep because in his dreams he was with the ones he loved. Every morning left his heart hollow with the realization of his loss. When the war ended the workload lessened and he found that he had more time on his paws. He spent this time thinking back to better days and waiting for sleep to take him.

Personality: A sarcastic but well meaning tom. He has a paternal air to him, and makes enough dad jokes to confirm the assumption. Though he never had kits he sees his nephew as his own. He is quick to help, as well as explain why the way you where doing things was wrong.

Appearance: A medium size cat with a white base and dark grey markings. He has pale green eyes like all his ancestors before him. His coat, unlike his siblings, is a medium length and wispy. He was born with the unique mutation of an extra toe on his front paws.
