Scouting encounters and what you'll get (WIP)
Posted 2023-06-12 12:22:09 (edited)
Hello! I made this for fun purposes only. Recently I have been exploring and I've found certain items from different encounters. This will be updated frequently.

Biomes & Notes:
I am in the grasslands currently, meaning all of these encounters were in the grasslands. So everything and every encounter here is from exploring in the grasslands. Please note that not all biomes have these specific encounters, there has also been some points where i might've messed up for the two option buttons of what happens, I have a bad memory. So if I get anything wrong, please do correct me.
Guide for scouting / exploring:
First go to crossroads
Now hit explore
There! Now just choose which biome you want to scout in!

For this one I don't usually find anything but if you choose the chase option you might get a beaver carcass. If you choose the growl option you just might scare the beaver for him to drop his materials. These materials might be rocks, branchs, leaves or anything like that. Just basic materials. Helps with building caves and stocking up on food if lucky.

If you choose the take option, you most likely will get a blue jay feather, remnant: acorn, or nothing at all! Helps with amusment items.

If you choose to go west, you'll probably get a rock or something like that and a small meat chunk (or a medium meat chunk, or maybe even a large meat chunk). North might also give you some SC and maybe something extra like a duck egg. Helps with food items and SC.

If you play with the weasel you will suddenly feel more energized and get extra energy varying between 6 & 10 extra energy. Helps with the lack of energy.

Clicking the follow button will most likely lead you to a birds nest and will give you a bird egg of some sort. Choosing the chase button will give you -1 HP. Helps for egg collectors or something, but also has a risk of losing HP.

Choosing the keep moving forward button will get you in a fight with a coyote, which may get you lower HP. Choosing the turn back button might give you something like an egg, or a remnant: acorn, but there also is a chance you can get delicate meat. Helps for egg collecters, acorn collectors / donators and users who need food.

Choosing the gather button will give you a herb, maybe even two! These herbs also vary depending on the biome you are in. Choosing the use button gives you some extra HP. Helps with herbalists / sick wolves and some extra HP.

Choosing the watch button doesn't do anything. Choosing the chomp button allows you to eat the butterfly, which increases your hunger, but will not give you a carcass that you can feed to your other wolves. Helps with lead wolves lacking hunger.

Choosing the dig option will give maybe some SC and maybe also a remnant: acorn. Helps with acorn collecters / donators, and users who need SC.

Choosing the whats that option doesn't do anything. The snake eats something (unknown what it eats) therefore it does not do anything. Doesn't help with anything, I would just continue scouting.

Leaping doesn't do anything, but the mouse would lose grip and fall into your mouth, giving you some extra hunger, again this does not give you a carcass and simply isn't coded to be able to feed your wolves with it. Helps with lead wolves lacking hunger.

This can give you a herb of some kind, but can also give you nothing. Helps with learning medicine recipes / sick wolves.

Watching the squirrel might not do anything but  something might fall from the tree branch and you'll get an acorn, but the item does vary. Helps for acorn collectors / donators.

Following the delicious scent will most likely lead you to a carcass but you are not able to feed this to your wolves. Following the bitter scent might lead you to a befriendable wolf.

That's all for now! Thank you so much for going through this entire thing.
