Terms of Service as of 05/22/23
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following conditions or you may be blacklisted from any form of artwork I create whether they are adoptables, YCHs or custom artwork…
1.) You will not use any of my artwork you acquire from me for commercial use (merch/NFTs/games) unless previously discussed and agreed upon.
2.) The commissioned art is not to be used for any form of hate speech or political movements.
3.) You will not claim my artwork as your own
4.) You will not trace my artwork for any reason.
5.) Do not use any of my art that was not commissioned for you.

Rules
1.) Respect if my slots are closed and please do not beg or spam in hopes of getting art.
2.) Expect a waiting period of 3 days up to two weeks depending on the commissioned artwork.
3.) USD payments are prioritized over SC, GC, and item payments.
4.) Please put important details in your form! I will not make any major alterations/pose changes after the sketch is cleared.
5.) Prices are non-negotiable, but are subject to change depending on how long they take me and the quality (i.e. a flat-color sketch's price may go up but will never be more expensive than a fully rendered piece.)
