Lore >> Long ago a young she-wolf adolescent roamed the packs territory scrounging for food until one day a pack member found her. Sensing the other wolf's presenceshe turned tail to run before he chased after her speaking "HAULT!" A deep and gruff voice shouted. Startled she tried to run faster in fear of being killed by the lupine "Wait!" he shouted "I just want to talk!" Lillian dove into a small hole only big enough for her to fit. She spoke softly, quivering in fear "I'm sorry" she began "I was just hungry and thirsty." she spoke with a hint of fear in her voice. The lupine looked at her from what little he could peer through a deep sense of sadness in his eyes before replying "It's ok little one. I won't hurt you. Why don't you step out so I could see you better?" The lupine stepped back out of sight so the she-wolf could step out. Slowly and cautiously , one paw after the other she stepped out not taking her eyes of the brute. The male took in her stance acknowledging her emotions. He spoke softly and calmly towards her. I'm Brutus, the pack who takes up territory here is where I stay. Could I ask you your name?" she she wolf whimpered a bit before replying her name. "Well," the male replied "Why don't you come with me to my pack. We would be glad to have another member" A toothy grin overtook his maw and he lead the she-wolf to the pack. Upon arriving she kept her ears open for any danger/aggression but none came. Eventually she calmed a bit before seeing the Alpha. The Alpha nodded his/her head in greeting. The she-wolf now accepted into the pack trained every day and upon adulthood she was given her role in the pack.... a chaser. |
