πŸΊπŸ’œ MoonGem Pack’s Adoption Center πŸ’œ 🐺 (On Hiatus)
Posted 2023-04-27 06:13:38 (edited)

Going on hiatus starting 2.05.2023. Will be back around the middle or end of June.

Welcome to MoonGem Pack's Adoption Center where you can find many different pups, adolescents, and sometimes adult wolves looking for a new forever home.
New ones will be added regularly, and the amount will depend on my pack's ability to take care of them.

What to expect right now:
Wolves bred by me have an average of over 350 (getting close to an average of 400) in total stats and are role trained. Some have event markings.
I'm breeding albinos, you can expect albino carries and an occasional albino.
An occasional NBW (chased or over 3 stars) or wolves with pupsitter experience.
Might include other wolves I can no longer keep.
Clean wolves.

What to expect in the future:
Getting into T3 bases, so you can expect them occasionally in the future.
Getting into higher stat breeding, so you can also expect them occasionally in the future.

For adoption: Everyone in this den link
Please take a look at the rules before adopting.

Notable Wolves:

link G17, M, T1, M2, Albino Carrier, Chaser Trained

link G10, M, T1, M2, Albino Carrier, Training to be finisher

link G10, F, T1, M3, Albino Carrier, Training to be chaser

A word of warning. Please, don't go hating about these rules. Let's all be civil. No one forces you to adopt from here (or anywhere for that matter). I respect you not agreeing with my rules and I expect the same in return. I genuinely want to help new players get nice wolves for free BUT I don't want people to abuse my kindness and turn it into a quick way to earn money.
If most people end up disregarding these rules when adopting, I will just close this center down and only sell and chase wolves.Β  If those wolves are to end up being sold or chased anyway then I prefer to be the one getting the money.
Rules
1.Β  Preferably only up to 3 wolves a day. Reservations don't count.
2. First come, first serve. If two people ask for one at the same time, then the one whose message appeared first will get the wolf.
3. Healthy dens only. (No spreading illnesses and neglect. The only exception is starving a wolf to make it leave. Just tell me about it first then.)
4. No mass claimers/hoarders.
5. If you don't want the wolf anymore, you can give it back to me so I can find it a new home. If you chase/enclave/make it leave, you will be blacklisted from this adoption center
(accidents don't count, things happen, only applies to serial rule breakers with some exceptions in the case of valuable wolves. If this was an accident then please write to me to avoid blacklisting.).
6. The same goes for claiming a wolf only to sell them. You will be blacklisted from this center for doing this with carriers, muties, T3's, T*'s, and ones with over 150 in role stats at level 1.
When selling wolves adopted from here is Ok?
In the case of lower stats (below 150 in role stats when at level 1), T1 and T2 bases (with the exception of it being combined with carriers, muties, higher rarity base, or higher stats - when they were in your pack for over 14 rollovers.
The exception is if they have over 60% proficiency in any role. Then you can sell them before those 14 rollovers are up.
T3, muties, carriers, and high stats -Β  Your investment must be higher than their original value. For example, you gave them an event base applicator (or fox or badger). If you changed their value that way, you are under no obligation to return them to me and you are free to try getting their worth back by selling them. Feel free to PM if you are unsure if adding this and that will make it ok to sell.
T* - never
Reading the rules? Good, then write snowflake when adopting to show you did.
8. Rules might change in the future. They don't work backward so don't worry.
9. By adopting you agreed to the rules.
When I might refuse to let you adopt:
1. The most valuable (T3, T*, high stats) wolves are reserved for players that showed they are capable of following rules and taking care of adopted wolves. If you are new or have a spotty record, I have the right to refuse.
2. If I saw you blacklisted in other adoption centers OR saw you breaking rules with travelers for example (if they are your thing) I have the right to refuse to hand over a wolf.
3. If you landed yourself on my blacklist obviously.
Rules on carriers and muties:
1. They are reserved for new and less experienced players (account less than a month, or if you have less than a month of total activity. If you changed your first lead wolf in that time, I have no way to check, so I will add you to more experienced category). If not claimed or reserved by the time the wolf is 9 months old, they are free to go to another player. I don't chase carriers and muties, so if they reach 11 months they will be put up for sale.
2. I will only allow you to take one every month or so in order for more people to have a chance.
3. If they are no more people wanting one by the time they are 11 months, I might allow you to take another.
4. People with no carriers or muties will have priority.
Other questions:
Are all of them fully trained? I try my best but I can't guarantee this. Depends on what mentors I have available and how many pups to train all at once.

Do I ask to return the wolves adopted if I find you breaking the rules? No, I add you to the blacklist. If you block me, I will take it as you preparing to or already in the process of breaking the rules.

Will you really check on every single wolf every day? No way, I don't have the time to look at 40+ wolves every day. Definitely will check before you adopt another one though. Don't worry, I will at no point write to you demanding the wolf back or anything like this. I might gift some food or amusement if I find a new player struggling but that's it. Most likely you won't hear from me after the adoption unless you contact me.

So... where's the blacklist? I keep it private to avoid spreading bad things about other players. If you also have an adoption center or are thinking about gifting a wolf to someone you are free to reach out and I will confirm or deny the player being on my blacklist. I will not give anyone my full list though. Sorry. You can only see the number of people on my blacklist and the list of people that adopted wolves from my center.
Do I take wolves to the adoption center?
It will depend on my pack's ability to raise them. If you see I have below 40 pups, feel free to reach out. If I agree, I will pay you 5SC for any wolf you wish to leave (max 5 per player a week if I have a lot of wolves). Might be more if you want to leave a higher value one.
Just be warned that I might not be able to find all of them new homes. If they were not adopted by age 10.5 months (for pups), 10 rollovers in my pack (for others) I will reach out to you and ask if you want them back (I will want that SC I paid for them though, otherwise they are mine to keep, sell or chase). I will wait for a maximum of 3 days for your answer. If you have not answered in that time I will do whatever I want with the wolves you left.

How to Adopt:

1. Read the rules.
2. Write here or send a PM with link to the one you want.
3. If you qualified, they will be sent as a gift. You have 48 hours to claim. If you don't claim in that time they are up for grabs again.
4. See one you like but don't have space? If I have the extra space, you will be given 7 days to claim, but you must notify me first. Otherwise, the normal 48 hours rule applies.
5. I feed and play with wolves every 2 days (not counting pups and nursing mothers). I will feed and play with them before sending them so they will be at 100%.
Important. Wolves bred by me are all listed by the game as clean BUT their parents might have an inbreeding record (they were bred by other players). The inbreed status disappears as long as puppies have clean lines up to Great Great Grandparents. The game ignores everything after that generation. If this is something you are against make sure to not adopt any pups whose parents are Jacinthe Jacky, Zawati or Kiama or notify me of this first.

Additionally,
Want a trained one? Reserve and I will send it over when it is fully trained.
Want a full adolescent proficiency? Reserve and I will send it when it is 11 or 11.5 months old.
Not weaned yet? Reserve and I will send it over when it is 2.5 months old.
Currently 0 not weaned puppies for adoption.

Which stats for which roles?
Stalkers – Wisdom and Smarts
Chasers – Speed and Agility
Finishers – Strength
Scouts – Wisdom and Strength
Herbalists – Wisdom and Smarts

I train pups for the roles most suitable for them based on stats. If you want one trained for another role check on those who have not begun their training yet aka ones less than 2.5 months.

For new players only, I will obtain and train a wolf for a specific role:
If you are looking for a wolf to fit a specific role just ask. If I don't have one, but have the funds, I'm more than happy to buy and train one for you (as long as they are reasonable price, don't expect me to buy you a high stat, rare base etc. For those, I'm only giving away some of the ones I breed myself). It might take anywhere from days to weeks depending on the age, so PM for better estimation. The normal adoption rules still apply, you don't pay for the wolf but are expected to take good care of it.

What do the letters and numbers in footnotes and names mean?
M – Male
F – Female
T and number – Base rarity (for example T2 means base rarity 2. T* means special base)
G and number – what generation the wolf is
M and number – the amount of markings a wolf has
P – personality (important with hunting parties)

What's up with their names? Their name is the role they are training for, this is to make it easier for me to train them in the right stats.

@WolfGirl You definitely qualify. Just confirm that you read the rules (basically take good care of him, don't chase or sell) and I will be happy to send him over to you.
