Cosmavican Lore: Fefka - the Fynniko word for "Empress", rooted from when pregnant or nursing cosos acted like den-rulers and bossing around their mates, eventually garnering snide titles like "Your Majesty", "Your Highness", or "Fefka". This doesn't have a direct translation to the currently spoken language on Baican, Vorrabic.

This cave is first because the Mentors have served the pack well and deserve to be fully fed, and Fefkas' puppies depend on them to be fully fed for their own survival, so it's non-negotiable for mothers to be fully fed and happy.
