Emshi

Emshi is a shaman who possesses the ability to communicate with spirits, deities and ancestors. He often enters trances to seek guidance, healing, or assistance from the spirits. Rituals conducted by shamans such as Emshi are integral to Daltharian culture, encompassing ceremonies for birth, death, pair bonds and other significant life events.
