Day 1: Day traversed through the thick trees of the Taiga. Having just left his own pack to see the world, he was curious to meet all sorts of wolves along the way. The sun beat down on his shiny coat, his patched of snow white fur glistening. The sounds of birds chirping filled the air with a soft symphony. As Day climbed a small slope of rocks, he caught a scent of another wolf nearby. Nervously, he carried on up the rocks.
Once at the top, he was greeted with deep navy eyes staring at him, the wolf also having patched of white fur covering his body with different shade of gray covering the rest of his pelt. This new wolf slowly lowered his head and approached Moon with curiosity. Once close enough, the wolf lightly touched Day's nose with his own before taking in the stranger's scent.
"A Traveler? What an honor, we don't see many of you around our territory. It is a pleasure to meet you. I'm Lotus, lead scout of my pack. You must be here to stay for a while, yes?" the wolf spoke with such warmth and welcome. Day smiled and couldn't help but wag his tail.
"Yes! That is, if your alpha is welcoming of a visitor for a few days," Day spoke sheepishly. Lotus smiled and wagged his tail as well, before turning around to lead Day to his temporary home.
"She knows some harsh words, but I'm sure she'll be happy to have you with us." Lotus broke into a run, excited for a new companion, with Moon following excitedly behind. His journey off to a wonderful start.
Day 2: After a welcoming first night at his temporary pack, a cool nose poked at Day's cheek, waking him up for the new day. The other scout of the pack, Ophelia, had entered the den he was staying in with her and Lotus, the Scout's den.
"Lotus left for a scout mission in the Glaciers up north and Saber let me have the day to myself. Want me to show you around?" her soft voice eagerly asked, her tail wagging. She was laying down in front of Day as to not startle him when he woke up. With a stretch and a yawn, Day got himself up to follow Ophelia around on the tour of the pack's camp and territory.
Puppies flocked the newcomer, excited to find someone new to play with. Some of the adols asked him questions and others watched from a distance, wary of this stranger. After meeting the pack before all their duties, Ophelia took him to the outskirts of the territory she called home. Day traveled to the highest peaks in the area to survey the beauty of her home.
Ophelia and Day spent the evening chatting with Lotus once he had returned from the glaciers smelling of freshly fallen snow, Lotus sharing his scouting techniques with Day. His reason being that he was young and the advice could help him out when searching for his next destination.
Day 3:
Day 4: Day of Dull Light and Ophelia, the Stolen Moon took time to look for useful things to bring back to the pack.
