Snowflake asks about your plans for today, speaking enthusiastically about what both of you are going to do. Before you know it, they've included themselves and you aren't even upset. It's going to be fun!
Gene tested 16/02/24 Gene approaches Snowflake and presses his ear tightly into her fur. He mumbles something under his breath before plucking a single hair strand directly from the coat. He turns his back to you and fumbles around with it and a series of objects. After a short period, he offers a small smile. "Snowflake is completely clear! Not a carrier for anything at all."
LORE: Snowflake sighed deeply. It had been 35 days in the great pack of Villmennenne. When she had arrived, the alpha, Marine, had told her to "make herself useful" but she'd never been assigned a proper role. She'd helped out here and there, sat pups for a day, helped build a few nests, pluck a few turkeys. But nothing memorable...this was NOT her idea of travelling. She'd gone out into the world for pure adventure, not...this. What's more, she was getting older. During her stay, she'd seen the alpha die and replaced with his sister, and the packs treasured stud step down for an heir. This had only served to remind her of her mortality, and of course the only real involvement she'd had in the funeral and ceremonies linked to these situations was cleaning up after everywolf else. She was thinking about these things while she was building nests for other females, and bit the materials so hard they snapped in her jaws. With a growl she spat them haphazardly across the cold detritus. That was probably something else she'd not get to have! Pups. "Fancy making nests for every other wolf when you probably won't get your own!" She spat. Suddenly she felt bad "but they have provided so generously for me...i just wish there was more to life!" Another sigh, and she flopped to the ground. TBC 23/03/24
