Leaves were dancing in the dimness of morning light and gently landing on the frozen ground.
"Winter is coming"
Nebo looked up and shook his head. His journey is going to be a long one, who knows if it even snows there... He felt something tugging at his heart but the traveler brushed the thought aside and kept on going. Nebo wondered if the stars ever felt that way. Wandering in the vast sea of night skies, bringing light to the farthest corners of the universe, stars never stay in one place for too long. But do they ever feel reluctant to go? How do they know they won't regret their journey?
It was hard to say if Nebo really was wondering about the stars and not himself.
The stars are brave, graceful and all-powerful and he isn't. But he wished he could be a bit like them too.
