Amaterasu, the beautiful and dedicated Queen Consort of Pine Ridge Pack. She was born to an elderly couple within her home pack that was located within the ever-changing Deciduous Forest. As soon as she reached an entire cycle of the seasons, Amaterasu decided that she wanted to seek out a mate and start a pack of her own. With the blessings of her sire and dame, the gray-pelted femme left the only home she'd ever known and wandered where the wind guided her. With her heart set on the mysterious and dominating mountain range to the west of her homelands, Amaterasu journied across the wind-swept grasslands.

As she reached the timberline of the sweet-smelling pines that stretched from the border of the grasslands and crawled up the sheer face of the mountains, Amaterasu encountered a thrilling young male who recently departed from his pack as well and out in search of his own adventures. Komaterasu was his calling. The dark-furred male joined her journey to the mountains. Along the way, they discovered their similar tastes for deer and other cervidae, as well as a thrill for exploration and the like. It only took a moon or two before they declared themselves mates and were eager to find a place to settle down.

Ama, as she is affectionately known by Koma, still yearns for adventure and exploration, so upon finding a place to settle, immediately decided upon becoming the pack's scout. She regularly travels and brings back news of going's on in other regions.
