Lilac

Whimpers came from a pile of old dead wood. Rotting smell of dead bodies sprayed around this tiny cry for help.

Reya and Hog were out exploring , when suddenly they stumbled across this massacre.

Two pups laid under a rotting mother , around couple more pups. This mother died protecting those pups, it was clear though none of them were her own.

From the smoke a small shaky shadow came, a young female would growling trying to protect what was left of her family.

Reya moved in close , United in grief with this young wolf she rested her nose against the other pups nose.

It did not take long for the pups to be taken as part of the pack, as Hera would do and say, " everyone should have a nest"
