Gene approaches Elliott and presses his ear tightly into his fur. He mumbles something under his breath before plucking a single hair strand directly from the coat. He turns his back to you and fumbles around with it and a series of objects. After a short period, he offers a small smile. "Elliott is completely clear! Not a carrier for anything at all."

Zbaltazar noticed Elliott's recent progress and decided to take lessons to the next level, where the scent of the toy wasn't as clear and strong anymore. Elliott had to be more focused to recognize it now during training.

Elliott prepared for a magnificent howl, a sound that would make every animal recognize true power. Instead, he let out something between a whine and a squeak.

Elliott learned about hierarchy and the rules within the pack. He was surprised how the adults could always remember all of this.

Relying on smell won't always help you find your way, and Elliott listened to Teri's lecture about using the position of the sun and the moon when scouting. Elliott couldn't wait to test his skills.
