The she-wolf looks at you warily, her ears flattened against her skull.
"Can I help you, traveler?"
You explain that you were wondering if you might stay with The Rising Tide tonight, promising to catch your food and help around camp.
The leader considers this momentarily, her anxious eyes looking up at the sky before landing back on you.
"Alright. If only for tonight," She murmurs, smiling slightly. But this lasts for mere seconds before her face grows serious.
"Tell no one about this place. Do you understand?"
You nod quickly. Confused as to why she's so concerned with her pack's privacy. However, it is not your place to judge, and you get the feeling that you have asked for too much already from the distressed leader.
