New Puppy was born looking almost the same as the other pups...But he doesn't move his hind end very well. He struggles to move, but seems to be able to scoot himself around to nurse by using his front legs.

It's been tough for FEVER PITCH, and while the other pups start to walk, he is only able to use his front legs and drag his fused back legs behind them. He seems to get around, at least.

FEVER PITCH has been lethargic lately. He doesn't want to eat much, and isn't growing like the other pups. He sleeps a lot and watches the world with dull eyes.

It seems all FEVER PITCH has done lately is lay around and cry. He is unable to digest any food and his breath smells stale. The other pups stay away from him, and FEVER PITCH seems incredibly sad.

FEVER PITCH's cries weakened through the night before eventually falling quiet. He was found still as a stone and cold from death in the morning.
