Lore:
One day, as Omen wandered through a swamp, the air carried a different scent, one that hinted at the presence of other wolves. Intrigued, he followed the trail cautiously, relying on his acute senses to navigate the terrain. The symphony of rustling leaves and distant calls guided him toward the heart of a new territory.
As Omen approached, the wolves of the pack became aware of his presence. Their cautious growls and defensive postures revealed their uncertainty about the blind newcomer. Omen, however, stopped at the edge of their territory, raising his head to catch the various scents that enveloped him.
A wolf with a coat of silver and black approached him, her eyes filled with both curiosity and wariness. "Who are you, and what brings you here?" she asked, her voice a mix of caution and curiosity. Omen dipped his head respectfully. "I am Omen, a lone wolf navigating this world without sight. I mean no harm. I only seek companionship and a place where I can contribute to the pack."
The wolf, named Howling Sky, observed Omen for a moment, sensing the sincerity in his words. She turned to the rest of the pack and communicated with them through a series of subtle gestures and sounds. Slowly, the tension in the air eased as the pack members began to accept Omen's presence.
Howling Sky then addressed Omen, "Welcome, Omen. We are the Spirit's Heaven. You may stay with us, and in return, share your unique skills with the pack. We value unity, and your presence may bring a new perspective to our way of life."
Omen felt a surge of gratitude. "Thank you, Howling Sky. I am honored to stay with you for a while before my next journey."
Soon, days turned into weeks and Omen was ready to leave the pack to help the others as well.
