Biography

Trudging through the muck Nefeli stops in her tracks feeling as though there are eyes on her.
"Show yourself! I know you're there." She bares her teeth and scans the swampy marsh. A dark large figure of a wolf appears from behind a massive tree. His head hangs low and eyes lock onto her.
"I've been looking for you Nefeli, why are you out here? You know it's not safe." He lets out a huff of disproval as he makes his way towards Nefeli.
"Stop. Just stop. Leave me be Therion! I just wanted to visit her.. just wanted to hear her soft voice again. Just once more."
Her eyes dark and drop to the muck, her eyes moving back and fourth as if searching for something. Therion's face crinkles in anguish.
"Nefeli she's gone.. You can't be out here risking your own life for her. She's not coming back. You have to come home. She wouldn't want this for you."
Nefeli snaps her head back up and let's out a snarl,
"You wouldn't know what she wants Therion! You weren't there for her ever! Our own pup… you weren't there when she needed you." She pauses and lets out a wail of sorrow,
"I wasn't there.." her voice cracks harshly. Therion nudges her gently and she snaps at his face. He jerks back his head and lets out a growl,
"Nefeli enough. I know you're hurting, I'm hurting too. We must go home, the Sacred tree can't bring back the dead.."
She scans the murky swamp desperately before dropping her head and turning to face the massive tree only a few paw steps away.
"Just let me speak to her, It'll be brief I promise." Therion lets out a sigh and nods in the direction of the tree, "Make it quick Nefeli, you can't spend the rest of your life curled up next to that tree listening to it whisper sweet nothings into your ear. Please take caution when listening to what it says. You know what happened last time a wolf tried to bring back the dead.."
She nods and makes her way over to the tree, scanning it up and down before laying next to a large clump of roots. She lets out a long breath and closes her eyes. She starts to feel the ground vibrate under her as the whispers start to cancel out all other sounds.
"Ahhh you're back Cloud wolf." a singular voice breaks through the hundreds of other whispers. The deep rumble of its voice causes the hairs on her back to stand on end. "I want to speak with her, please let me hear her voice again.." she chokes back a wail, "My sweet Autumn.." silence fills the air, the whispers coming to a halt. "Of course you do my sweet, she was taken so young. Did you bring me anything to exchange for this?" She squeezes her eyes more, "Yes, I'll leave here on the roots next to me, just please, let me hear her voice."
