"i have to go." she murmurs. "forever?" he asks. "yes." she whispers.

She is lying next to him. The vague breezes that sweep through their small cave cause sand to lap over their paws and tails. It had been a hot day, as it tended to be in this desert, but the cool, slightly humid air of deep night made up for it. She knows this is the last time. He slumbers with his back pressed to her side, and she stays up; alert, watching, waiting. She wishes she could just be selfish this one last time. But she was not made for this life. And she cannot endanger him further.

It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
