Looking out among all the wolves lounging on the sun soaked rocks, Gallatin hears light paws hitting the ground behind him. He can't help but smile, knowing its origins immediately.
"Even after all these years, your paws are not yet nimble enough," Gallatin spoke to the air, his eyes still sticking to the other wolves down below.
"Maybe your ears are just too sharp," Said a voice, the exact one he'd been anticipating. He turned his head then, gazing at Cahir lovingly.
He padded over, no longer trying to hide his steps. The sunlight danced on his fur, highlighting the beige parts and bringing more depth to the mossy green. Sitting down close, Cahir had an amused grin.
"You love staring at me," He teased, poking him in the shoulder with his nose.
"That I do," Gallatin responded.
