Secondary Scout and backup Pupsitter of the Hokori Prefecture. Ukai is a grumpy old man stuck in a young wolf's body. Soren is not sure how he managed to convince Ukai to join the Prefecture, however, he has been invaluable. In an effort to maintain his image, he works very hard, even keeping an eye of quite a number of pups without losing a single one of them. He loves the alone time he gets whenever he scouts, especially when the weather is clear. Rumor has it that he sings to himself then.
