Blue Jay

           Blue Jay whined happily as he ran behind his father, nipping as his tail and tugging onto it in an attempt to slow the old male down. The tawny male huffed playfully and gave in, suddenly plopping down and rolling onto his back as a sign of entertainment to the small arkose coated child. 

            After days to month’s of waiting for his child to be weaned, aftergrowth finally was reunited with his small heir. “My boy..” the tawny cooed, nuzzling the pup as the small one went to play with his tail again, he couldn’t be happier knowing he would leave this earth in peace of knowing he chose a good one to pick as his heir.
