Born during a rare solar eclipse, Saber entered the world as the only surviving pup of her litter. Her unusual black and russet coloring was seen as a sign by the pack elders – the embodiment of both shadow and flame, dusk and dawn. From her earliest days, she showed an uncanny ability to move silently through the forest, earning her the nickname "Shadow Walker" among the pack.
