Keganar

Keganar is a chased found the 24th December 2022 in Prairie.


Traveler Rules and Info:

Keganar is from a distant dream where no light has ever touched. He was mislead and taken right into our world of reality. Now, he has settled into this strange perspective and is ready to explore the world. He wants to learn all about our strange cultures!

Keganar is a traveler who wants to settle into a new home properly before moving on. If your pack is kind enough to let him stay for a while he can provide food and perhaps even some puppies if he finds himself liking someone a little extra. Although, romantic bonds come at a cost and may cause him to return back to his home pack when they're broken.


- Keganar may stay in your pack for a month (30 rollovers) or less, but he must stay for at least one week (7 rollovers).
- If he sires puppies while in your pack and/or is on a pairbond cooldown when you want him out of your pack please return him to me. (This is to avoid having someone else get him while he's on a cooldown.)
- I'd appreciate it if you'd try to find a new host (as long as he's not on said cooldown) after his stay in your pack. You may find it easier to find new hosts in this forum.
- If I find that you are offline for a prolonged time while Keganar is in your care (more than 10 rollovers), unless you've explicitly told me that you are coming back to be online in the near future, I will recall him and find a new host. If this happens you are free to try again later when you're online again.
- You're not allowed to change his name, but you may change his footnote to help you recognize him in your pack.
- I reserve the right to recall him at any point during his stay if I feel he's being mistreated.
- Keganar will be recalled at 6 years and 6 months. If you wish for him to stay for a couple extra rollovers you will have to dm me in time before he turns said age.
- If you let him run away from your pack due to low hunger/mood and I have to pay 100sc to get him back you will be blacklisted from hosting Keganar. Unless you get in touch and explain or help pay him back into existence, if so I will of course forgive you.

Changes: [USA] Virginia - Great Dismal Swamp
Travel Log: Keganar began his journey in warmer weather, following the forests until they began to change. The roots began to swell and dense rain and fog began to obstruct his vision. Surely no pack could survive in this swampy world? It was a surprise then, when Keganar ran straight into a chaser on the hunt, Acair was startled at first, but he invited Keganar to spend the night with the pack.
Airn Aizle took refuge beneath the roots of ancient swamp trees, where food and herbs were shielded from the heavy rainfalls. Keganar spent some time with the pack, being introduced to many more members of the hunting party by Acair. He was fascinated by their lore and how they'd managed to live so long in the environment. He decided to stay for a long time, to learn more about how these fascinating swamp dwellers survived through the seasons.

Travel log: Keganar's stay was largely uneventful, and yet he couldn't seem to stop the feeling of being on edge. Being winter, the tropical biome was mild, the weather cool and breezy, all without suffering the loss in abundance of more frozen climes. As a pack, the wolves of Citrinitas were warm and welcoming and yet... As the days passed Keganar realized he could only pick out at most four familiar faces, and could not name a single one of those. He asked once, apologetic for his forgetfulness and the mottled female he asked only laughed for an uncomfortably long time before finally gathering herself and leaving without answering. The next morning she returned to wake him before the sun had risen, and guided Keganar to the borders of their territory, wishing him well wherever he may wander next.

Travel log: Keganar was taken into Songfall late one afternoon. He fit into an already established hunting party. Never becoming too attached to any of the wolves, he left just as soon as he arrived…

Biome: Swamp
Changes: Owl Talon Necklace
Travel log: Keganar briefly joined the Spirit's Heaven pack. His agility and speed left an imprint, forging connections within the pack. Yet, the allure of the open wilderness tugged at his spirit, and with a respectful nod, he departed once more.

Changes: Celtic Cloak [Black]
Travel log: Keganar joined Whispers of the Stars soon after heading up north, he stayed for a few days, before feeling that it's time to leave, so he left the pack's border, ready for his next travel!



(17th December 2023) Tiny message from me, ZebraSmiley:
Keganar is back home after running away due to being mistreated by a foreign pack (not any pack listed here). Since he was on his way to being deleted by the game his decors lost 1 use each and was added to my hoard. I think I got almost every decor back except for the Owl Talon Necklace which I unfortunately haven't found. I think it might've had only one use left which would've caused the game to delete the item. It was a beautiful gift for Keganar, I won't forget it and I doubt he will either. Thank you to the person who gave it to him and let's hope he won't lose any more items! Oh, and happy almost 3 years on the road to Keganar (:
