Biography
Judis was born human in a family and a town filled with hybrids. If you want to feel useless, this would be it's most definite definition. He couldn't protect anyone, in fact he was usually the one his sister and brother had to protect. But as useless as he may have been, he was a handsome human who girls often found themselves latched to. But in the end, Judis felt he lacked purpose in his family.

It wasn't until he sacrificed himself during the attack with H.E.L. to save his sisters life that he would come back as a lion hybrid. A protection enchantment placed on him at birth by his parents, knowing their little boy could never survive this world as a human.

After this death, Judis was able to live as his siblings did along side them.

Years after the rebuild of their town, he met Eclipse. She was powerful, out of his league even. But Eclipse took a chance on the black sheep of the family, finding herself by his side more often every day. They would tease each other, becoming friends quickly at first. Judis couldn't deny his attraction to her, but love had failed him so many times before that he didn't push it. He simply let them be as they were, friends.

Friends who loved each other, but wouldn't say it. Friends who wanted the best for one another, as long as it involved them. Friends, who wanted to feel the other but didn't have the guts to take the leap.

Judis barged out of Eclipse's cabin, the rain instantly starting to soak his hair and clothes but he didn't care. The tension between the two had gotten heavy but Eclipse had admitted that a male here asked her to be his. Judis tried to act like it was okay, but he was devastated and bursted out of her cabin to hide his pain.

Love had failed him, again.

Love had given him hope and tore it away.. again.

He didn't hear Eclipse screaming after him until her hands were wrapped around his body stopping him from walking away. The sound of the rain was the only thing that spoke for a moment. Eclipse pressed her wet cheek to his soaked shirt, shutting her eyes so tightly as if scared he'd tear away from her. "Don't leave.." She whimpered. Judis slowly placed a hand over hers, breathing deeply as his heart raced loudly. "Eclipse.." He spoke wearily and low. Slowly, she let her hands fall as he turned to face her, again just the rain sounding out around them for moments as they looked into each other's eyes. Judis didn't have the words to tell her that he had fallen in love with his bestfriend, that he had spent every night tossing and turning sleeplessly knowing she could be in the arms of another.

Judis lifted a hand to her cheek and Eclipse pressed into it, holding onto his wrist. Judis finally mumbled out, "I can't ruin what we have." Eclipse furrowed her brows for a quick moment before standing on her tippy toes and pressing her wet lips against his. "I can." She'd whisper, her warm breath fighting against the cold. Judis wrapped his arms around her tightly, pressing his lips back to hers in a heated kiss showing her there what he wanted to say all along.

And not long after that, they had Acanlyte. Judis' first born, a baby girl.

He cried the day she was born, a blessing to him. A gift from love. A gift love would eventually take.
