Jasper

Children of the distant coastline, Jasper's pack is named after the aquatic beasts that roamed in the waters off of her ancestral home. Her mother, the last surviving member of a pack of coastal, temperate rain forest-dwelling wolves, passed down stories of a land of misty islets and great black and white creatures whose fins sliced through the dark water like knives. Jasper and her mother wandered for several years before an unlucky winter claimed the elder wolf's life, and left her daughter to start a new life alone.

Jasper and her closest friend and mate, Marble, settled in the high taiga after a long wander through miles and miles of forest. They are joined by a ragtag group of friends and newcomers, establishing a family in foreign territory.
