She's always very dedicated with everything she does.

She decided from a very young age to wander through the world. "Please, please, please! Stormgaze this is my dream! I promise to come back every one in a while to bring something to you!" She pleaded to the alpha from her first pack, the one she'd been adopted into at a very young age. "Alright then, but you better keep your promise of coming back sometimes, ok?" As he allowed her, the adolescent jumped up and down until he continued. "But, you're only leaving when you hit 1 year."
As soon as her 1 year birthday came, she said her farewells and left with no destiny.

Napper was weaving through the dense rainforest vegetation, struggling to move around. Eyes watching her from the undergrowth growled strictly all of the sudden. Napper froze, slowly lowering her head towards the ground and smelling. She continued to carefully walk ahead, deciding to further advance on her path. She was met with a growling shadow lunging out of its shelter with teeth bared. She yelped and took a step back, then immediately retreated to the very outlines of the territory. Finally, she lost her pursuer and breathed a sigh of relief. She decided to be more catious and seek shelter around the edges of the territory.

Lore: SpoilerWinter found Snapper wandering the rolling plains of the prairie. The snow-covered hills were a welcome sight after the strangeness of the rainforest - they reminded her of her pack's mountainous home. Still, the inexperienced female found herself ill-prepared for the realities of hunting in the blank, blinding landscape. Wet, tired, and hungry, she settled into a moderately sheltered hillside divot to rest.
It was a chorus of howls that woke Snapper from a restless slumber. She raised her head and listened intently. The chorus of voices sounded friendly, joyous. Were they welcoming home a hunting party? She didn't know, but she wanted to find out. She stood and shook the gathered snow from her coat and set off for the source of the noise.
Following the howls over a rise, Snapper was treated to the sight of a sprawling cottonwood tree presiding over the remains of a human dwelling. Amongst the limbs, roots, and crumbling walls frolicked a wolf pack. A veritable horde of puppies squeaked and yipped, tails wagging furiously as they tumbled around the legs of the adults. Among the adults five wolves stood out, tails held proudly as they dragged something enormous and bloody toward the rest of the pack. Snapper quickly realized the large thing must be prey of some variety and the five wolves the hunting party that had brought it down.
Snapper wanted to run down and join the fun, but the memory of her reception in the rainforest haunted her. She found herself unsure, a rather new experience for her. But the decision was quickly taken out of her paws. A sudden bark just to her right startled her before a blur of white and dark fur collided with her, driving her to the ground.
"Got you!" The voice was triumphant. Snapper shook her head to focus her vision and looked up to the wolf pinning her. She first was struck by the wolf's lambent orange eyes. Then she was struck by the realization that the wolf wasn't even an adult. "Ha-ha! Thought you'd sneak up on us, huh? Mom! Mom! Look what I found!"
The adolescent's tail wagged furiously. She made no aggressive move beyond standing over Snapper to prevent her from rising. Still, the predicament was worrying.
"I wasn't trying to sneak up on you..." Snapper's voice was low, but the pup heard.
"Oh? Then why were you hanging out up here?" The pup tilted her head to the side, watching Snapper curiously. "Well I guess it doesn't really matter. Here comes mama."
The pup nimbly jumped aside at her mother's approach. The new wolf stood out against the snow with her dark blue, almost black coat. She held herself aloofly, as though she knew she was better than everyone else. Her bearing made Snapper cringe away.
"And what's this, Snoqualmie?"
"Someone new!" The adolescent circled her mother excitedly. "What do you think?"
The adult looked at Snapper appraisingly. She seemed to find nothing impressive. "She certainly doesn't look like much." She sniffed dismissively. "What's your story, stranger?"
Snapper tucked her tail and averted her gaze, trying to appear as unthreatening as possible. "My name is Snapper. I'm a traveler."
"Oooh! A traveler! Like that Raccoon guy that was here before!"
The adult nodded. "Yes, and like your brother, Smoke." She continued to appraise Snapper for a moment longer. "Well, we don't turn away travelers, here. Come, join us." She didn't wait, but turned away and strode down the hill. The adolescent followed after her, leaping playfully through the snow.
Snapper hesitated, taking a moment to gather herself.
"Are you coming?"
Snapper flinched and looked up. The regal female and her pup were down the hill a way but had stopped and were looking back, waiting.
"Yes, I'm coming!" Snapper stood and hurried after the pair, following them down into the waiting warmth of rhe Lost Enclave.
