Ulmithir was a promising Queen-to-be. She heeded her mothers lessons, excelled in her hunting capabilities, and had the sharpest eyes and nose of any young wolves in the pack. Morava was proud of her daughter...
If only she knew of the swelling darkness within her.
The night Morava passed away within her den, it was like a switch was flipped. Gone was the respectful and promising Princess, and in her place was a monster. The moment the crown was placed on her head, Ulmithir abused it. She became a ruthless tyrant, pushing and pushing the wolves of the pack until they nearly broke. Weak pups were tossed out into the woods immediately, the lucky ones able to be found by The Enclave, and the elderly, instead of being cared for like they were under her mother's rule, were instead chased out of the pack to fend for themselves.
Queen Ulmithir did not tolerate weakness.
Those who could withstand her "testing", she was proud of. They earned high ranking within the pack, and enjoyed luxuries the weaker ones couldn't. Soon, the entire pack was shaped into her image. Strong, brutish wolves that valued strength more than anything. Wolves who showed their ranking by how many skulls were stacked within their den. One such wolf being her mate, Whispering Woods. That enigma of a wolf was the only one entirely spared Ulmithir's wrath. Wether it was genuine love, his nobility, or his strength, nobody knew, but they were undoubtedly close.
Ulmithir was a good ruler, for all it was worth, though she took the term "tough love" way too far...fortunately for Clemensly, Queen Ulmithir's mate would listen to those soft whispering voices of The Queens Of Their Past, and someday, their daughter, would balance the scales within their kingdom, and bring back those values Queen Ulmithir's corruption allowed her to forget...
