She nosed the gray kitten that had clung to the ebony pup's back and gave Verdigris a questioning look before trotting off to deliver the bundle to her mate. Verdigris looked back at the kitten and woofed softly, a signal that he wanted to explore. The kitten purred in agreement, and Verdigris grinned.

With Beaver overseeing the ordeal, Verdigris Agaric had to organize, coordinate and help the group move an entire fallen log out of the den. Tiny pups lack the strength on their own, but cooperating as a team can get things done!
Katsuro used a few distracting scents to tempt Verdigris Agaric as they practiced. A successful scout needs to have a will strong enough to stay on the right track no matter what, even if they are hungry.
For small prey, Raccoon explained claws are your best asset. She demonstrated to Verdigris Agaric that there are ways to pin prey down and kill with a small bite to the neck, rather than trying to bite the entire piece of prey and ruining it.
